Among the most consolidated dogmas in obstetrics, we have essential role of oxytocin during: labor by regulating, consolidating uterine contractions, supporting expulsive efforts patient during childbirth and after preventing postpartum hemorrhage. But what challenged us to conduct our study is large increasing number surgical operations for hemorrhage patients who received labor. We assumed that generalization use all probably responsible this rate incidents. To verify assumption, carried out a prospective randomized comparative study, involving 3990 pregnant admitted at start term, with no contraindication giving birth normal ways, period 10 months (January-October 2022). The been divided into 2 groups. first group comprises 1991 were placed on admission glucose serum infusion 4 ampoules non-anticholinergic musculotropic antispasmodic: “Hydrated phloroglucinol + trimethylphloroglucinol” (Each ampoule contains 40 mg hydrated 0.04 trimethylphloroglucinol) instead receiving active phase their second consisting 1999 results very surprising contrary already evidence specialty.
